Supplied unassembled, but includes everything needed for assembly.
Instructions for use:

Screw the legs onto the body, then attach the tail and the head corresponding to the desired hairpiece style. Fit the hairpiece, starting with the head and front section. Once the hairpiece is in place, brush it out and proceed with grooming/cutting.
