Shipping and payment

PROFIKOZMETIKA s.r.o. offers customers of the e-shop [www.profikozmetika.sk](https://www.profikozmetika.sk) the following payment methods:a) Cash payment (personal pickup)
You can pay for the ordered goods in cash, by payment card, or in advance by bank transfer.b) Bank transfer (Advance payment by bank transfer)

You can pay for the goods by transfer to our bank IBAN: SK90 1100 0000 0029 held at TATRA banka, SWIFT: TATRASKBX. You can choose this payment method when delivering the shipment by GLS courier or Slovak Post.
 

Please make the payment only after receiving an e-mail with the subject " Profikozmetika – The status of your order has been changed to " (with the respective order number)", but no later than three working days from receiving it. If the payment is not credited to our account within the specified period, your order will be cancelled.c) Cash on delivery

You pay for the goods in cash to the delivery person upon receiving the shipment. You can choose this payment method when delivering the shipment by GLS transport company or Slovak Post.

Shipping methods:a) Personal pickup

You can pick up the goods at our store at Hraničná 12, 058 01 Poprad by prior phone arrangement. The goods are reserved for the customer for 3 working days from the date of order confirmation by the seller.
 

b) Delivery by GLS transport company

We will deliver the goods to you via GLS.

c) Delivery by Slovak Post

We will deliver the goods to you via Slovenská pošta a.s.
